Construction Of New 69k Electrical Susbtation At Kutztown University

Renovation to Existing Traction Power Substation Supplying 12kV to SEPTA's Overhead Trolley System on the PRR side of their Regional Rail Commuter Lines.

This project required Philips Brothers to complete design, which at time of the bid was 50% and not intended to provide the contractor with all necessary detail required to finish construction. As lead contractor Philips Brothers was required to furnish the owner a detailed engineering design, calculation and study to produce engineered stamped construction drawings along with completing the renovation of the existing substation.
